TeamLocker is a comprehensive product solution for teams, leagues, high schools and club organizations across the USA and Canada. Without leaving home or office, buyers can connect directly to the industry's best manufacturers to receive professional recommendations, customized quotes, digital samples and real-time support. Working with both buyers and suppliers, our goals are to simplify the quote-to-delivery process, expand product and pricing options, build convenient online sourcing tools, provide real-time customer support, reduce order errors and enable a community that shares product experiences and contributes to future development.How are you different than my local dealer?
Why use a quote system instead of final pricing?
There are many factors that contribute to the final price of a customized product; delivery time, order quantity, inventory, artwork style, etc. Further, we can't capture a supplier's motivation at any given moment. Our role is to gather all order criteria and negotiate the best solution for both buyer and seller.
How does the process work?

Request a Quote
Get customized pricing on individual items in our product database, recommendations through Product Coach or specific needs through Request a Quote.

Get Results
All pricing and delivery details are sent to the email on file or, for participating customers, uploaded directly to your team locker.

Place an Order
Submit your order before the deadline for Pre-Season pricing or at your convenience on Quick-Ship requests. From there, we will guide you through the entire order process, from initial concept to digital prototype to production.
What is the purpose of the locker?
The locker is designed to be a buyer's tool. A central location to keep information about quotes, orders, logos and new concepts. It is ideal for sharing product details with fellow coaches, admin, parents/players and storing quotes/orders/logos for future reference.
Is the published MSRP the selling price?
No, the MSRP is simply a guide for buyers to use in their shop/quote process. It does not include artwork, shipping or tax costs.
What purchasing options do you offer?
TeamLocker runs 3 programs to assist all types of buyers:- QUICK-SHIP: Our fastest delivery option (1-3 weeks) involves applying after-market logos to blank inventory items. While this base level of customization is the most expensive, it serves the majority of customers with low order minimums.
- PRE-SEASON: Collecting orders in advance (booking) enables suppliers to deliver on a pre-determined schedule and, by consolidating orders from other customers, offer best pricing.
- FACTORY DIRECT: On select items, buyers can have their product "made-to-spec" at one of our manufacturing facilities, maximizing color/artwork/fabric/feature options and reducing price by up to 40%. Larger volume orders are required here.
